What stuff (medicine, ointment, cream) where i can find SALICYLIC ACID?

Salicylic acid can be found in some facial ointments for blemishes. One that I used to use is called Vanoxide. I had to ask the pharmacist for the lotion but it worked well (overnight). I don't know if it's still around. Salicylic acid can be found in other pharmaceuticals. I believe it is a component of aspirin. What stuff (medicine, ointment, cream) where i can find SALICYLIC ACID?
I believe any acne medication has it. Anti acne face washes, astringents, pimple cream, etc. should all contain it.What stuff (medicine, ointment, cream) where i can find SALICYLIC ACID?
any acne meds
As almost everybody hast told you salicylic acid can be found in wart removers, the range for a wart remover is between 17 and 35%, but i could be wrong

But maybe you were asking about Acetyl Salicylic Acid which is aspirin, and it is also found in other medicine Pepto Bismol if I'm not mistaken
some times you can find it in small pharmacys
most over-the-counter acne products contain it...creams, ointments, face washes, astringents, scrubs, even some moisturizers. look at the drug store or discount store like walmart, target, etc.
Any major brand that makes face wash also makes some kind of acne cream w/ salicylic acid. (clean and clear, noxzema...)
pepto bismol and kaopectate has it in there
lower doses of it are in acne medicine/wash... and higher concentrations of it are in wart remover.
you trying to remove warts?
SALICYLIC ACID is found in wart removers.
I don't know about chemists but I have seen it in several ointments for horses.

Salicylic Acid can be used for a myriad of things. From acne to warts. Look at the back label of products that are along the lines you are looking. If for acne, look at the back label for the percentage of this ingredient in the little round tubs with the round wet pads in them. As for dandruff, look at the back of dandruff shampoos for the percentage. Look for the highest you can since the FDA keeps strict rules about the percentages per type of usage, sometimes the companies (brand name products) use the max or a lower percentage for the same product. Why buy something that isn't going to include the percentage amount recommended for you and proper treatment remedy.
