I decided to try using Lotrimin AF cream on my face for my seborrheic dermatitis. I've been using it for a few days, and the itching and redness has gone down, but now I have a lot more flakes showing up on my chin than normal. Is this just a common part of the healing process or should I discontinue using the cream?Lotrimin cream on seborrheic dermatitis?
I do not know about Lotrimin. But the best treatment that works for my seb. derm. is herbal remedies from serenaskin.com. Ointment and spray cleared my skin and now i just take anti-psoriasis extract to keep the immune system under control, so it won't trigger flare-ups.
